We absolutely love running community Pilates classes in the Dartford / South Darenth and Maidstone area and we have been working in the community running Pilates class for 15 years now - this allows us to get to know all our clients, take care of them in class and help them feel fabulous off the mat - maybe you're coming to Pilates classes to rehab an injury, build strength, feel a bit more flexible or simply enjoy an hour away from your ' things to do list' we have you covered - book in for a taster Pilates session with us and we'll do the rest. ​​

If you carry tension, if you suffer with poor posture, sore neck, sore shoulders, sore back, hips, anything at all, if you feel tightness through your body, then you'll want to come and try this class.

Paddle Boarding Lessons
Sundays

We are excited to share our ladies only SUP (Standup paddleboarding) Club - these sessions are ideal to build confidence on the water, improve your skills and enjoy paddling with like-minded women.
​
The main focus of this club is for fun and getting together on the water. We will also cover a different topic each week which will include an element of training (if you want it) and social paddling and lots of fun on the water together
