What are the benefits of doing Pilates?
Regular Pilates classes will help you get out of pain, move more freely and build a strong flexible body - which will keep you doing all the things you love in life, off the mat. It will help you strengthen your back, build your core strength. improve your posture which will keep you standing tall and feeling fabulous. It also helps to calm the nervous system, which is great for our busy modern lives allowing us to destress, relax and improve sleep quality.
What do I wear?
Comfortable clothing you can move in, layers are ideal. It doesn't have to be sports wear. The class is done in socks or bare feet, which ever you prefer.
What do i have to bring with me to my first class?
We provide everything, if you have your own exercise mat and wish to bring it, do feel free but if not we have lots for you to use. Please bring some water with you, and we'll do the rest.
Is there parking?
There is on-site parking at all of our venues.
What time shall I arrive?
Instructors will be busy setting up for your arrival, doors to venues / classes will open 10 minutes before your session start time.
Is it okay if I have never done Pilates before?
Yes, thats absolutely fine - please contact us before attending to let us know of any injuries you might have so we can best help you during your Pilates session.
