We absolutely love running community Pilates classes in the Dartford / South Darenth and Maidstone area and we have been working in the community running Pilates class for 15 years now - this allows us to get to know all our clients, take care of them in class and help them feel fabulous off the mat - maybe you're coming to Pilates classes to rehab an injury, build strength, feel a bit more flexible or simply enjoy an hour away from your ' things to do list' we have you covered - book in for a taster Pilates session with us and we'll do the rest. ​​
